We have been involved in factory maintenance for over 10 years, and the list of our clients reflects the wide variation of the types of work we carry out on their behalf.
The works comprised the design and construction of extensions to either side of an existing industrial unit to give a total floor area of over 3000m2, split over four units. The existing building had been shored (see picture) and the extension was carefully planned to ensure the integrity of the structure was maintained as the extensions were constructed.
Originally completed in 1968, Claremont Tower is one of the tallest building on campus at 14 storeys.
