Gretna Gateway Village

Advanced works prior to construction of Phase 2 Gretna Gateway Outlet Village.

Works comprised:

• the formation of temporary access
• erection of temporary solid hoarding
• formation of Heavy Goods Vehicle Turning Area
• general bulk earthworks associated with the Phase 2 development
• construction of new 80 space car park, street lighting and footpaths

Description of the main works

The project comprised the construction of Phase II of Gretna Gateway Outlet Village to provide 22 new shop units of varying size together with provision of communal public toilets and a new management suite located above shop units 47 & 48. The project also included the formation of 42 car parking spaces.
