Carlisle Brass offices and warehouse, Carlisle

The works comprise the design & construction of a warehouse with a floor area of 5700m², with a portal frame single span width of 44m. Attached to the warehouse is a three storey office building with a floor area of 1850m². The external works include car parks, service roads, service yards and landscaping.

The design incorporates state of the art mechanical & electrical systems and, being the company’s headquarters, the finishes to the offices are of an extremely high standard. And included the installation of a bespoke locally made staircase.
