The works comprised the construction of new Lexus and Toyota showrooms and workshop, a car wash facility and used car sales, with extensive external works including roads, car parking, service yards, car display areas and landscaping on a 4 acre site.

The Lexus and Toyota Showrooms and the workshop, together with offices on a mezzanine floor, are accommodated in a portal frame building with a floor area of 2500m2. The specification and finishes to the showrooms, workshop and offices are of the extremely high quality that is expected by Lexus and Toyota.

The retail car wash facility is situated on a separate part of the site. This Portal Frame building has a floor area of 400m2 and is designed to handle a high volume of customers driving through in 3 lanes.

Used car sales will operate on another part of the site, as a separate company, from the used car sales office, this building is of traditional construction with a floor area of 100m2.
