Construction of a high specification Research & Development Building, complete with associated external works.
To provide a new extension and alterations to an existing food processing factory for Calder Foods Ltd.
July 08 saw the start of this design & build industrial/commercial development in the south east of Glasgow.
The works comprised the construction of a 75,000ft2 extension to the Iron Mountain Information Protection and Storage facility in Livingston.
Work has been undertaken on the office & warehouse and a factory extension.
Construction of a new 35,000 sq ft seven unit Industrial Business Park on Site B, Houston Industrial Estate, Livingston.
