Construction of a new 35,000 sq ft seven unit Industrial Business Park on Site B, Houston Industrial Estate, Livingston.

Works comprised bulk earthworks to form new building and parking footprint incorporating gabion retaining walls. Construction of strip and pad foundations for steel framed structure. Installation of 540m3 attenuation rainwater storage system, main storm and foul water drainage systems, permeable paving and tarmac site access roads.
