Work has been undertaken on the office & warehouse and a factory extension.

Office & Warehouse

The works consisted of the design and construction of a 12,500m² warehouse and associated offices and extensive external works extending to some 12,000m².

The design incorporates a syphonic roof drainage system and ESFR sprinkler system.

Factory Extension

The design and construction, in three phases, of a 4800m² factory extension comprising steel portal frame and cladding, heating, hose reel and sprinkler installations, fire compartment wall and machine foundations.
