JJB Health and Fitness Centre, Carlisle

New building for Health and Fitness Club.

Story acted as Principal Contractor for all construction works as well as carrying out piling, ground beams, groundworks, drainage, superstructure, brickwork and externals including soft and hard landscaping. Works also comprised excavation for the swimming pool, improvements to the approach road and installation of all services.

The project was completed on time and on programme.
