Two projects comprising ground works and the coach park.

Ground works

Excavation and disposal of contaminated ground and the construction of a reinforced Soil Retaining wall and the construction of reinforced concrete retaining wall.

Coach park

Laing O’Rourke appointed Story Construction to contract the Sage Centre Coach Park.

The works involved ground works, drainage, surfacing, kerbing/paving and street lighting.

The Coach Park was successfully completed to coincide with the official opening of the Sage Music Centre.
