Groundworks package for a new Health & Social Work Centre in Renfrew near Glasgow.

The works comprised site preparation, all excavations, filling to make up levels and in-situ concrete sub-structure work including lower floor slabs.

The contract also included all works to the road and car parks, hard landscaping, foul and surface water drainage plus services ductwork.
