Alex Smiles Waste Transfer, Sunderland

The works involve the construction of a new recycling facility for Alex Smiles Ltd in Sunderland.

Shepherd Construction were the main contractor and appointed Story Construction to carry out the groundworks, foundations, drainage, external concrete hardstanding, in situ concrete floorslab and perimeter retaining walls.

The works were completed on time and on budget with the final account agreement within one month of the completion of our subcontract works.
